SITUATION

With the launch of new hit games like Overwatch, PUBG, and of course Fortnite League of Legends needed a way to steal back some spotlight and separate itself from the new entrants to the gaming world.

Tension

League hasn’t really done any advertising, for a long time it’s let others do the talking for it. Which has led to the perception it’s too hard to learn for a new player and that it’s only fun for the “hardcore” players.

INSIGHT

League isn’t just a massive (100m players) highly competitive game, it’s a sport. Just like every sport there’s highs and lows occurring at every level, but we can’t just tell you that we have to prove it.

We took real stories from actual players casual, competitive, and celebrities dramatizing them using an anime style familiar to our audience.
